1. What this site is

AudioVideoClips provides free, browser-first tools for images, video and audio. All processing happens locally on your device; we operate no accounts and store none of your files (see our Privacy Policy).

2. Free use, fair use

The tools are free for personal and commercial use with no watermark and no signup. You may not: (a) resell access to the site itself as a service without permission; (b) scrape or bulk-download the site at a rate that degrades it for others; (c) attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer server components (there are none — it is a static site) or circumvent any technical limits.

3. Your content & responsibility

You keep all rights to files and text you process — we never receive them, so we claim nothing over them. You are responsible for having the rights to process, convert and share your content, and for complying with applicable law (copyright, privacy, consent of recorded persons) in your jurisdiction.

4. AI features

Speech recognition, translation-adjacent detection, voice synthesis and similar features run on-device AI models. Output quality varies; transcriptions, detections and generated voices may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, safety-critical or other high-stakes decisions without human verification.

5. No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind — including accuracy, reliability, availability or fitness for a purpose. Browser updates, device limits or model-download failures may affect individual tools.

6. Liability limit

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AudioVideoClips and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site — including data loss, missed deadlines or costs of substitute services. Because everything runs in your browser, keeping backups of important originals is your responsibility.

7. Third-party resources

The site loads open-source engines and models from third-party CDNs and model hubs (e.g. FFmpeg builds, Hugging Face). Those resources are governed by their own licenses and terms; we do not control their availability.

8. Changes & contact

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will change and continued use means acceptance. Because the service is free and accountless, termination simply means you stop using the site. Questions: reach us via the site repository or the contact channel listed on the homepage.
